Business days are Monday through Friday.  Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not calculated into the turnaround time.

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, /ˈkandē/ will reship the package with corrected address and charge additional shipping cost separately.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.  Due to the nature of our business, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. No refunds are available on orders unless files have not been sent to press and cancellation is requested at the same business day.  A cancellation fee will be applied.
